Perceptual Constancies: Size Constancy

Size Constancy is the tendency to judge the size of an object without considering distance. For example, two objects of the same size could be placed at different distances but one might look larger or smaller due to its distance from us.

Example: Even though these two nail polishes are exactly the same size, the one on the left looks much larger than the one on the right due to the distance from our eyes.
